Welcome to GTCC’s Facility Usage and Event Planning homepage. On this site, you will find information about conference rooms and meeting spaces available on each campus.
Events are requested and scheduled through Ad Astra, the college’s centralized calendar of classes, meetings, and events. A training manual is also available to instruct you on how to request and submit your event online. We hope you will find the material helpful and easy to understand.
